Ben Azadi struggled with addiction for most of his life. He suffered from video games, substances, but mostly struggled with food. Being overweight with no direction in his life Ben decided to make a shift. Through veganism, and the famous at home workout plan P90X, Ben shredded 80 pounds of pure fat. This was the beginning of his health journey. He started as a personal trainer then crossed over into the world of health coaching. Today he is on the cutting edge of all things health and wellness related. Ben is a low carb advocate, and posts endless amounts of content explaining why.
