“They’re Sociopathic Narcissistic Monsters” with Moshe Kasher | 19

I Love My Kid, But... - Un podcast de Wondery - Les mardis

This week comedian Moshe Kasher joins Megan, Chris, and Kurt. They love their kids, BUT…they’re terrified that no matter how they convey the importance of the golden rule and treating others with kindness - their kids will still grow up to be amoralistic monsters. Kurt wants to build his children’s moral code without the tenets of religion or the threats of eternal damnation, but may have gone a little too secular when his daughter is quoting magicians instead of Jesus. Moshe thinks his young daughter’s emotional maturity isn’t quite fully formed enough to handle some of the big moral questions like, “Should I grieve for my dead dog or watch my stories!”. Crying, laughter, struggle, and success…maybe it’s all part of the recipe for raising a good kid.  And remember, you can call our hotline and leave us questions, comments, or your own funny, totally anonymous “Circle Time” parenting story at 424-570-KIDS or you can email us at [email protected].
