Matt shares his thoughts on the cultural test point workplaces are experiencing and how approaches to colleague wellbeing, and HR’s role, have changed dramatically. Describing some of the changes that have taken place at the Bank of Ireland, Matt shares how he has worked on supporting the mental health of colleagues, including suicide prevention.
