108. Healing for The Awakening with Helen Nachintu

My guest this week is Helen Nachintu, Natural Health Coach and Mentor.  She is also a researcher and broadcaster on her programme This Is Life on Roku TV.   During our conversation, we talk about health, healing and how long-held beliefs and unresolved trauma create disease in the body and taint our ability to see and receive Truth.   We share what we see as Black Women experiencing the Great Awakening. I personally believe that race has been so perpetually weaponised to create a division that the amount of healing required as more Truth is revealed is at this point is unfathomable.
