I'm sure most of us have a list of healthy or productive habits that we intend to implement into our lives, or maybe you've tried to implement them to no avail. If so, this episode is for you. In this episode I discuss: Focusing on the routine instead of the result. Once you create habits and allow you to live the lifestyle of someone that has the thing you want, the results will come naturally. Letting go of the all or nothing mentality, changing your habits is hard so missing a day here and there is normal, give yourself some grace and don't be afraid to try again. Don't try and do too much too fast. Rather than trying to change your entire lifestyle overnight focus on cultivating one habit at a time. One sure fire way to burnout and give up is to push yourself too hard too fast. Meet yourself where you're at, you can always increase the intensity of your habits once they actually are habits. We will always pick the most convenient, easiest choice, it's just human nature, so remove any obstacles that might be making it hard to stick to your habits. If you want to change your life it starts by changing your lifestyle and your habits are the foundation of your lifestyle. Major changes are made one small step at a time. You got this babe!
