Amy Schuber In Studio! – How To Change Your Mindset For Success In All That You Do!
Podcasts Archives - Extreme Health Radio - Un podcast de Justin Stellman
Once again we were able to invite the lovely Amy Schuber into our studio for a really fun conversation. We hope you enjoy it. She's on the same page with us on so many fun topics. We even recorded a show with her for her own show over at Inspired Conversations. She has set up a special guide for Extreme Health Radio listeners. She was nice enough to drive all the way to our studio from her home just so that she could be with all of you today. We talked about how our mindset plays a role not just with our health (which it obviously does) but with our success and purpose in life. So many times people don't realize just how much their thoughts, attitudes and beliefs play a major factor in how their lives turn out. It's easy to blame people or others "out there" for how negative we are or all the bad luck we have when in reality it all has to do with how we perceive the world inside of us. If you would be so kind as to share this show with your friends we would be overjoyed about that. Please also consider bookmarking our Amazon link (no matter what you buy) and use that bookmark often. :) You can also share our show on Facebook (free!) or write us a review on iTunes (also free!). But if you would like to actually support us financially so we can continue making free shows that have no commercials, consider donating a few bucks per episode on Patreon or purchasing anything from our awesome store! Kate and I would greatly appreciate that! :) The Hopi Poem We have been telling the people that this is the eleventh hour. Now we must go back and tell the people that this is the hour. Here are the things that must be considered: Where are you living? What are you doing? What are your relationships? Are you in the right relation? Where is your water? Know your garden. It is time to speak your truth. Create your community Be good to each other. And do not look outside yourself for the leader. This could be a good time! There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel like they are being torn apart, and they will suffer greatly. Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off toward the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water. See who is there with you and celebrate. At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally, least of all ourselves. For the moment we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt. The time of the lonely wolf is over. Gather yourselves! Banish the word struggle from your attitude and vocabulary. All that you do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.
