Sharing in the spoils of your hard work

John McDonnell has proposed that all companies over a certain size would be required to transfer equity into an inclusive ownership fund, which would issue shares to people working for that company. So, is this a good idea? Will it make companies more effective, or is it an example of extreme socialism. Steve Keen says its as socialist as Germany. Hosted on Acast.
