This is the first episode in Spanish from Latin America of Voces y Café (Voices In the Field), a new monthly program. In this episode, meet German Campos, from Universidad Anahuac, Mexico, who talks about the importance of professional development in the area of advancement. As an experienced volunteer, German shares his experience of 27 years in the field including challenges and obstacles he had to face, training he took to develop the area of advancement in his university, and the importance of the role of the president.
