Question 1:  How to answer the interview question: Detail your greatest achievements in the last 5 years and how they relate to this position  List out your biggest struggles in the last 5 years  What did you have to do to overcome those struggles  What did you learn  Review your annual reviews  Ask colleagues about team project achievements  How does it relate?
