With the exception of strong consumer brands, most businesses use social media wrong. When we use socials for work, we change our own social media behavior. We turn into promotion and sales machines expecting total strangers to be interested and act on our requests. When we use socials for as private people, we hang out, have conversations, share personal experiences, memories, and moments. We don't go to socials to promote, ask, push, and request. And when we are hanging out on socials, we don't like strangers coming to ask, push, and request something from us. In this episode of Building a Modern Employer Brand -podcast, I talk about why I think businesses are using social media wrong and why we should pick up a few tricks and tactics from our employees on socials. ⏱ 15:55 min IN THIS EPISODE: 🔸What companies are doing wrong on socials? 🔸Why we can learn from our employees (and perhaps also our own personal social media behavior)?
