Every recruiter knows how important it is to make sure our candidates feel nothing but great experiences when participating in our recruitment processes. Great candidate experiences help build employer awareness, even employer brand. Job seekers talk a lot these days on socials about their good, bad and ugly experiences with recruiters, recruiting consultants as well as employing companies. And they name names! Just like in sales, if the prospective customers are dissatisfied how salespeople manage the sales process, their willingness to purchase will decrease. In this episode of Building a Modern Employer Brand -podcast I talk about how a recruiter can influence better candidate experiences through communication. Often times there are more people involved in the recruitment process than the recruiter. And we cannot control how those individuals behave in front of the candidates. But we can influence the overall candidate experience a lot by specific use of communication. I'll give you 7 tips what you can personally do to improve those important candidate experiences through the use of better communication. ⏱30:13 min IN THIS EPISODE: 💡What is the candidate experience? 💡How candidate experiences are built during the recruitment process? 💡Communication in the recruitment process 💡7 tips to take over candidate experiences with better communication 🔗Check out my blog post about improving candidate experiences at https://modernemployerbrand.com/podcast23 Are we connected yet?
