Estelle Bailey-Babenzien (NOAH, Dream Awake)

This week, we chatted with Estelle Bailey-Babenzien. She’s the co-founder of NOAH, along with her husband and previous guest, Brendan Babenzien, but she’s also a designer, a mother, and a creative force. We chat about her life growing up in the UK, working in the music industry, how entrepreneurship is overrated, why she prefers designing public spaces and the importance of scent.
