Body Image | Familiarizing Yourself With You

Binge Breakers - Bulimia Recovery - Un podcast de Jacqueline Davis, Bulimia & Weightloss Coach - Les vendredis

When you're struggling with bulimia you may also have a severely poor body image problem. This can be so debilitating to the point that you avoid looking in the mirror, being in photos, and even wearing baggy clothing to hide what you perceive yourself to look like to others and yourself. Or you obsessively body check. Either way, in this episode I discuss how familiarizing yourself with your body neutrally may help you gain more body confidence.    For more information on private coaching, group coaching, free resources, & more go to https://www.bingebreakers.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bingebreakers_bulimia/   DISCLAIMER This recording is not nor is intended to be utilized as medical advice or a medical diagnosis.
