Ambassador Alfred Moses on Romanian President Ion Iliescu

Ambassador Alfred Moses joins CAA Live! host Ambassador Jim Rosapepe to discuss the development of President Ion Iliescu from his role under Nicolae Ceausescu, during Romania's communist regime, to becoming the country's first democratically elected head of state. Ambassador Moses served as U.S. Ambassador to Romania from 1994 to 1997. He recently authored Bucharest Diary: Romania's Journey from Darkness to Light.
