Report: Devastation in Mykolaiv

“Weapons, weapons, and weapons.” That was the Ukrainian Foreign Minister’s stated agenda ahead of today’s meetings with his NATO counterparts in Brussels, as Russia regroups and puts its firepower to the south and east.
