Nettle bush leaders

My son saved my daughter from going in the nettle bushes but ended up going in himself. So often we have leaders who not only let us fall in the nettles, but they throw us there in order to save themselves. I'd like to see more leaders willing to serve and sacrifice a little to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their people. Would you like to see and experience this too?
