Mentor Session #4 - Developing Leadership

In this mentor session I share my take on developing leadership using my 3 pillars approach. Pillar 1. Leading yourself Pillar 2. Leading Others Pillar 3. Leaving a Legacy It wasn't scripted and came from the heart. I even went off topic and brought in a Finding Nemo reference. I offer my thoughts on leadership to help support and inspire developing leaders to find their own views and identity as a leader.
