Interview Sessions Ep 49 with Matt Hill

Ep 49 of the Always Better than Yesterday Interview Sessions was with retired 2 Para Captain and Systema Instructor Systema Academy Matt Hill I really enjoyed getting to know a bit more about Matt and his experiences. It was great to hear how living in Japan for two years shaped his development and actually made his military training at Sandhurst a little easier. Mentally speaking at least! As a former Captain I was of course curious to know more about his leadership learnings. Of course we discussed what it means to serve and to sacrifice. But his definition of leadership was one I hadn’t heard before and it speaks volumes. Leadership is the communication of emotion - Matt Hill Matt owns his own Systema academy in Melksham, Wiltshire. I enjoyed hearing more about Systema and it’s ability to help develop better people through body and mind techniques.
