Interview Sessions Ep 22 with Jonathan Darling

Ep 22 of the Always Better than Yesterday Interview Sessions was with Jonathan Darling from Engage The Heart ‘an ordinary guy trying to make an extra-ordinary impact’. Jonathan spoke with such passion and I loved hearing him speak. He is an ultra marathon runner, leadership speaker and self branded ‘Heart-repreneur’ I love Jonathan’s view on leadership which is all about making a positive difference in the lives of others and to him, being a heart-repreneur means he connects with the hearts of others, leading with love to build self belief and purpose. We also took a dive into the mindset of ultra marathon running and becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable. We also touched on community support and I love what he said about his own journey. By putting fear to one side and showing up, putting out what he believes, the right people have come into his life. This is something I can wholeheartedly relate to.
