Interview Sessions Ep 21 with Loni Kolek

Episode 21 of the Always Better than Yesterday Interview Sessions was with Loni Kolek, Head Coach of the Lady Raiders Volleyball Team. In this interview we talked about leadership and culture. Loni and I first met through our joint appreciation of the @allblacks culture described in the book #Legacy by James Kerr. It was great to hear about how the Lady Raiders have focused on leaving the jersey in a better place this year. We also touch on building trust, holding each other accountable and developing growth mindsets.
