Anne-Maartje has been working for over 20 years as a behavioural advisor/consultant, trainer/coach and keynote speaker. She provides constructive challenges and lectures to inspire people in order to achieve their full potential utilising personal feedback regarding their behaviour, communication and the effects. In 2006, she set up her own consultancy and training agency ‘The Behaviour Company’ to develop customised programs for several multi-nationals and other companies, (both in the Netherlands and abroad). Anne-Maartje specialises in non-verbal communication, influencing others, communication skills and leadership. She teaches managers, executives and teams in effective communication, behaviour and influencing others.
