If I had practiced the habit of giving myself a personal pep rally, then maybe I would’ve felt like a more confident student. I think it’s worth a shot for you to try these affirmations with your kids this year! Why not?! Here’s how it works. I play a sound and then everyone will try to guess what it is. Kids can say their answers out loud after hearing the sound effect. After 5 sounds, I’ll reveal what the sounds are and we’ll see if you guessed them correctly! Kid to Kid Advice for the First Day of School  We all benefit from listening to good advice! I asked the Along For The Ride community on Instagram to ask their school aged kids if they had any advice for other kids as they start back to school. I love what they had to say!
