Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a really interesting topic. Kids can start developing emotional intelligence in early childhood and will have considerable advantages when it comes to how they learn to regulate their own emotions, develop relationships, and develop empathy for others. Emotional Intelligence is the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically. It's never too early to help your child get a handle on his or her emotions! In this episode we are playing 2 emotion themed games and then end the show with a great launch pad for you as the parent to discuss what to do when your kids feel (fill in the blank emotion) I hope you enjoy this episode of Along For The Ride Junior!
