Brandi Carlile on Her Life and Career

In March of this year, singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile won a Grammy for Best Country Song with her group The Highwomen. In April, she published the best-selling memoir, Broken Horses. In October, she released the acclaimed solo album, In These Silent Days. And in November, she received five Grammy nominations, including one for Record of the Year and two for Song of the Year.
