A LIRR Transit Update with Stephen Nessen

Grand Central Madison is not the name of a new hot restaurant. It's an 11 billion dollar train station, nearly 15 years in the making...carved out of the rock 150 feet below Grand Central. It will bring Long Island Rail Road trains to the East Side of Manhattan for the first time.
