Blade DeSouza’s life story is a testament to resilience, transformation, and the power of mentorship. Born into a household surviving on a modest income of $20,000 per year after his parents’ separation, Blade faced numerous challenges during his upbringing. His journey was marked by constant change, as he attended ten different schools getting expelled from two of them, but amidst the chaos, a pivotal moment occurred when he became a father in his senior year. His daughter became his beacon of hope, motivating him to seek a better life for both of them.

To provide for his family, Blade entered the dangerous world of drug dealing, hoping it would lead to financial stability. However, this path was fraught with danger, especially given his mother’s struggle with opiate addiction and the tragic loss of her best friend to an overdose.

At 22, Blade’s life took an unexpected turn when he met a mentor who introduced him to a different way of living, emphasizing the importance of routines, discipline, and positive habits transcending the confines of his “ghetto” mentality. Today, Blade’s life is unrecognizable from his past, he earns an impressive $80,000 per month and lives with his family in a spacious 5,000-square-foot home, fully remodeled. His master suite alone dwarfs the entire house he once lived in.

Blade’s mission extends beyond personal success, actively mentoring others, and helping them achieve financial prosperity they never dreamed possible. Whether through guidance or job opportunities within his companies, Blade seeks to uplift those who face similar life circumstances. Blade’s ultimate goal is to “modify the populace.” He aims to change the world by showing young men and women that there’s always a way out—through discipline, continuous learning, and practical application.
