ATOOC: That Was Extremely Dangerous

Every Air Traffic Controller's nightmare is making a mistake that puts people's lives in danger. It's an extremely important job, but it also has its risks. In today's episode of Air Traffic Out Of Control we hear a situation where the controller mixed up instructions for two approaching American Airlines planes.  A call to flight 2133 was actually meant for 1083 and it resulted in a potentially dangerous situation.
