What Successful Mentoring Looks Like

Mentoring is a growing trend in the humanitarian and international development space.  Finding the right mentor and establishing a healthy relationship can be beneficial to both mentor and mentee-- if it is done properly.  So what does successful mentoring look like, and how can you create it?
