For agent investors, there’s a huge benefit to building and nurturing relationships with other agents in our markets. Instead of competing with them on transactions, networking with agents allows us to turn them into our partners and collaborators.  Local agents bring a ton of value to the table, and working with them on investing deals can often be a win-win. Prepare a presentation explaining the opportunity, and nurture a relationship with the people who express an interest in working with you.
