Can Kenya bring more women into politics?

The vote will decide who is the next president and who will form the next government. But people will also be looking at how many women are elected. Kenya’s 2010 constitution states that at a third of public offices should be held by women. But only 25% of MPs are currently female. A number that is far behind some of Kenya’s neighbours. So, why aren’t there more women in Kenyan politics?
