The Horrifying Death of Melissa Platt

Today we are going to be diving into the truly horrifying death of Melissa Platt. Trigger Warning: This episode is graphic and has unsettling accounts of domestic abuse and torture that could be triggering and disturbing to some listeners. Listener digression is advised.  Beloved by so many, with a love for children and animals, Melissa was found by first responders wrapped in a blanket on her bed naked from the waste down lying in her own urine and feces on October 8, 2008. She sadly passed away on December 17, 2008 after weeks of being in the hospital in critical condition. NO ONE has been brought to justice for Melissa's death that couldn't have been "from a fall on the porch." RIP beautiful lady. Melissa's family is desperate for her story to remain in the public eye so that some justice can finally be served.
