Guys, are you kidding me...The queen of raw, vegan and refined sugar free goodies is joining us today! Eden from Garden of Eden is here to share her amazing story from winning My Kiitchen Rules in 2018 to opening her incredible takeaway treats bar. From raw slices, to Laura's absolute favourite smoothie bowls, this gal is one talented wahine! At only 25 years old, Eden has achieved so much in her life, while experiencing some massive lows due to struggling with her mental health. She talks us through her battle with an eating disorder, as well as the dark depression that followed and how she worked to come out the other side. Eden is an inspiration to us all and we loved having a laugh on the poddy today!
