Small Town Big Deal – Dr. Daniel Smith

AAID Podcast - Un podcast de American Academy of Implant Dentistry

"I am going to be excited to be doing cool digital stuff even if I'm not in a big city for years to come." - Dr. Daniel Smith Dr. Domingue and this week's guest Dr. Daniel Smith talk about the importance of keeping your practice tech-savvy, and why practicing in a small town should never deter you from striving to be the best. Dr. Smith has a family practice in Oliver Springs, Tennessee with his Uncle and his father. Together, they make up three out of the four dentists in the town. Dr. Smith spent four years on active duty as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, including a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and a two-year stint as a dental officer aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69), a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. During those two years, his ship deployed twice to the North Arabian Sea in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Recorded live from the Voices of Dentistry Conference in Phoenix AZ by Dr. Danny Domingue.
