Tracey Gee is a leadership coach and consultant who is passionate about working with vision-driven leaders especially women of color. She has over 20 years of experience in ministry designing training experiences and resources. She is certified in three frameworks - Gallup StrengthsFinder, Cultural Intelligence, and the Enneagram as tools to help leaders grow in self-awareness, development, and healthy teams. She is also a published author of a book by and for Asian American women called “More Than Serving Tea.” She studied Socio-cultural Anthropology and Business at UCLA and has her Masters in Leadership from Fuller. Originally from the Bay Area of California, Tracey now lives in Los Angeles with her husband, two boys, and dog. When she is not training the creative leaders that the world needs, she tries not to kill her plants, loves watching baseball in both youth form and as a Dodger fan, and likes to take advantage of the amazing food options in LA.I had so much I wanted to chat with Trace about.
