WHY WAR COLLEGES? — A SPECIAL RE-RELEASE

A BETTER PEACE re-releases "Why War Colleges?" which was one of WAR ROOM's first podcasts. Former US Army War College Commandant Bill Rapp and WAR ROOM Editor-in-Chief Andrew A. Hill discuss the history, roles, and responsibilities of War Colleges. This re-release is being done in honor of Andrew A. Hill, who founded WAR ROOM as a forum for introspection on enduring issues in national security and the defense enterprise. This episode exemplified that vision. We offer it as an opportunity for the incoming Army War College resident class to reflect on their purpose for coming to Carlisle, PA and prepare themselves for entry into the strategic level of leadership.
