I use it all the time when recruiting, when having conversations with potential employees, or when having conversations with people that are thinking about leaving Self Publishing School.
I also use this anytime I’m talking with friends that are looking for a job (or thinking about making a career move).
This works for any decision…ESPECIALLY deciding which job to take or business to start.
